Connectomics And Electrical Stimulation for Augmenting Resection (CAESAR) is our exciting study on low grade glioma funded by The Brain Tumour Charity.
Our aim is to understand brain plasticity in order to maximise resection while minimising impairment.
We use state of the art connectome based brain imaging, intra-operative electrophysiology, and awake brain stimulation.
Data is acquired passively at intervals coinciding with planned management, thereby maximising convenience and integrating research seamlessly with clinical care.
